Langham Creek Choir Program Ads
Dear Choir Members and Parents:
We are asking for your help to sell ads for the program for the
upcoming production of Disney’s Beauty and The Beast. You will find attached at the bottom a letter to give to businesses along with a along with order forms. Please feel free to make as many copies as you need. There are two order forms, one for business sponsors and one for choir members and their families. These ads can be personal ads, business ads (including coupons or discounts) or business cards.
Any business ads placed by choir members or their families should be placed on the “Choir Member Form” to take advantages of discounted rates; all we ask is that the checks be signed by a family member of the student.
The Back Cover and Inside Back Cover can only be bought at outside Business Ad prices.
We are also offering small congratulation ads to choir member
families and friends for only $10.00. These ads are the size of a
business card. Additional ad sizes include ¼, ½, and full sheet ads. Personal ads may include artwork including photographs and clip art.
Please make sure that the artwork for your ad is CAMERA READY preferably black & white. Camera ready means ready to72 print as is. Xerox copies do not make clear ads. Please do not use scotch tape to mount your pictures or art work and do not fold.
